Download and view Adobe Acrobat PDF version of presentation:
- If you already have Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed the file will open automatically when the link
is clicked allowing printing and viewing. Note: If the file size
is over 1MB it may take upto 4 or 5 minutes to open or download over
slow (56k or less) connections.
- You may wish to download
the file as well for later printing and viewing offline.
- Download the PDF file to
a folder on your computer. To download the file right-click the link
on the page and choose Save Target As... ( MS Explorer) or right-click
and choose Save Link As...(Netscape Navigator)
- To view and print the presentation
you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Download and view PowerPoint presentation format:
- If you already have PowerPoint
installed on your system then simply click the link to the presentation
file and the file will open in PowerPoint allowing you to save the presentation
if desired.
- If PowerPoint is not installed on your system then you must first download the PowerPoint viewer available at: the Microsoft Web site: here. This will allow you to download the file and view it. To download the presentation file you may either left-click to allow the viewer to open the file and display it or right-click and choose Save Target As... (MS Explorer) or Save Link As... (NN). This will allow you to download the file to your hard drive and simply view it directly with the viewer but also retain a copy of the file.
1. If you do not have Freelance Graphics on your system please download the Freelance Viewer from IBM/Lotus
2. If you are using MS Explorer Web browser please right-click the link and choose Save Target As.. You may also have to change the file extension to .PRZ from .HTM once downloaded to be able to view it.
3. If you have the Netscape browser please right-click and choose Save Link As... (NOT Save As..) Netscape should not require you to change the file extension. However, if it is not PRZ please change accordingly.
